 IMPORTANT NOTES

 I request that if clients suffer from a cold, that they reschedule their session. Safety precautions such as hand washing with soap after entering the Studio are obligatory as well as after using the bathroom. A           disinfectant gel will be available. Shoes will be left outside the Studio.

 This is your time to take care of yourself, please put your cellphone on mute.

​

 Clients are recommended to bring a towel, if needed, wear fitted yet comfortable clothing as well as Yoga or Pilates toe socks. Thanks.
